i am reminded of this quote when i walked into my parents’ room and found them just lazing around and conversing in low voices like best buddies who were afraid the grownups would find out that they’re awake. mashaALLAH.

i was honestly getting drained with the almost 2-month-long bombardment of consultations on love, separation, and everything in between, with me witnessing how life falls apart especially for those who are yet to move from metaphorical to true love…

then i see mom & dad in that innocent child-like situation, and it made me feel better…a lot better. Alhamdulillah ❤
